Away luggage battery won’t charge

I own several away bags. The battery on my most recently purchased bag has stopped charging. Luckily I’m just inside the 2 year warranty period and should be able to get a replacement.

Still having 1/3 batteries fail near the warranty period is not great. I’m planning to make an update to my away luggage review, but wanted to see what the experience of others was before making an update.

I emailed away and they are sending me a replacement battery. Not a lot of hassle, they asked me a couple of questions about the battery then asked for an order number and shipping address.
