As I mentioned in my previous post, I’m researching EGO products. I’ve come across a few Amazon reviews citing that EGO will not honor warranties for products purchased through Amazon.
That seems odd to me. As you can see above EGO is promoting Amazon as a place of purchase on their website. That seems a little suspect to me.
Has anyone had this issue before? Does EGO’s warranty apply to Amazon purchases?
