Cool feature article on the Moka pot. For years the Moka pot was my go-to for morning coffee. In general I prefer espresso, but there is something nice about the simplicity of it. Also watching the pressure build up enough for the coffee to flow into the pot is extremely satisfying.
They aren’t expensive and will last forever.
