Product Notes top purchases June 2020

We've periodically done monthly roundups of our top purchases or most read posts in the past. I'm going to try and start posting something at the end of each month to highlight either top purchases or most read reviews. If you've got feedback on the type of roundups you'd like to see. Leave us a comment!

iRobot Roomba i3

Excellent for pet hair

The Roomba i3 is smart, powerful vacuum. It has no issues picking up hair and does an excellent job on hard flooring as well as carpet. There are a few software features missing that would make this a must-buy.

As covered in our Roomba i3 review, we think that this is the best value vacuum on the market right now. It will cost a bit more than the also fantastic Eufy RoboVac 11S, but it is significantly more powerful and should it have issues in the future, parts are easy to replace.

JIGGY Puzzles

Fancy jigsaw puzzles you can frame

You might recognize JIGGY Puzzles from season 12 of Shark Tank. Each puzzle is a piece of art and comes with a kit to turn it into something you can frame.

After seeing the company on Shark Tank in May, we decided to order and review a JIGGY Puzzle. In June we finally got the puzzle framed. It’s honestly a great idea and we think it makes a fantastic gift for anyone who appreciates cool artwork or loves puzzles.

nonda USB-C to USB 3.0 Adapter

A tiny USB-C to USB adapter

So you've purchased a new Macbook but still want to connect your USB 3.0 accessories. Or perhaps Bluetooth doesn't work as well as you'd like. Or maybe you just hate how dongles look. This tiny USB-C adapter is the perfect solution.

The discussion about Logitech’s lack of a USB-C unifying receiver has been one of the top discussions on this site for more than a year. People either hate that bluetooth occasionally disconnects or want a better responsiveness for things like gaming. The tiny, inexpensive nonda USB-C to USB 3.0 adapter is exactly the solution people are looking for. It’s only slightly larger than Logitech Unifying receiver itself.

MX Master 3

Logitech's most advanced wireless mouse

Never worry about your glass french press shattering under heat changes. This stainless steel coffee maker contains a double-wall construction that makes delicious coffee safely.

Speaking of Logitech you all purchased a huge number of MX Master 3’s this past month. A lot of people wanted to know the difference between Logitech’s MX Master 3 vs MX Master 3 for Mac—basically the Mac version has no receiver and it supports some additional gestures. Also, several sites had the MX Master 3 for sale in mid-June. I’m sure that is part of it.

Breville Boss To Go

The best personal blender

Next to others in the space Breville's personal blender stands out. It has a stainless-steel body that comes off as both attractive and durable.

I’m not entirely sure what caused the surge in blender sales, but one my very first posts must have garnered some love. As covered in my Breville Boss To Go review, it is among the best personal blenders you can by. Five years later I’m still using this blender several times a week—that’s how good it is.
